I have worked in partnership with Gemma Hall for the past five years where she was the lead youth worker for local youth clubs in the North Cotswolds. During this time we have both become ACE ( Adverse Childhood Experiences ) ambassadors. In partnership we have been able to show young people that police have a human side and working together have built up trust with them. Gemma’s youth work in our rural area is invaluable and has helped break down barriers. Long may we continue to work in partnership together.
